In his role he oversees the entire aspect of the company. His experience includes acquisitions, development, operations, accounting and commercial real estate lending. Evans has worked for the most highly regarded real estate companies as an executive. He also served as the CFO for a middle-market General Contractor firm in South Florida. The companies that Evans has worked for include Codina Partners, Trez Capital, Altman Companies and Procacci Development.

During his 15+ year career, Evans has successfully participated in projects totaling over $1 billion dollars with various complexities and capital structures. Evans holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. He also holds a master’s degree in real estate development from Nova Southeastern University. He is a licensed real estate agent, licensed business broker and licensed mortgage broker.He is also an active member of Nova Southeastern University Real Estate Advisory Board and Vice Chairman for Black Real Estate Investment Council powered by Black Professional Network. He also serves as the Master of Ceremonies for Sam Brady Consistory 312. Evans other professional affiliations include Real Estate Executive Council (“REEC”), CFMA, Urban Land Institute (Young Leader Steering Committee), NAIOP and ICSC.

Evans enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 boys. He also enjoys giving back to his community by coaching football and basketball. As well as participating in philanthropic efforts by Sam Brady 312 including book bag drives, scholarships and feeding the homeless.
